A new aged care home in collaboration with Advantaged Care, comprising 132 beds, including a dementia wing.
The design utilises the site to provide living spaces that open to the north and south, suitable for use during both summer and winter, and breaks up the form into a series of ‘houses’ to create a non-institutional atmosphere.
My work consisted of assisting with the Tender and Construction documentation.
